We have this really fun exchange student-he’s great. We weren’t really prepared to have him with us the entire year but didn’t want him to miss out on coming to the US to study for a year. SO we agreed to have him until a more permanent host famly was found. Then we met him. He’s just a genuinely good kid, and we have a good time with him.
His dad and brother are in America so they have been meandering around this half of the country for a week. The come homo today. They will be here 2 days. They’re staying in a hotel-for our house is phenominally small. But it’s still a little nerve racking. They’re gonna find out we’re not really grown ups and ask that their son be placed somewhere else. And they’re seeing our little little house for the first time.
I better go make some cookies~anyone can be bought with a good batch of cookies!
